PIANO LESSONS Terms and policies
CANCELLATIONS / MISSED LESSONS / RESCHEDULING
If you find that you have to miss a lesson, please let me know minimum 24 hours in advance, otherwise fees will not be refundable. This gives me a chance to put someone else into that slot.
Please ensure 100% commitment to term time lessons, in order to facilitate correct practise, motivation and progress.
If students or the teacher (Maria) are unable to transfer to another day or time that week, fees for any last minute cancellation, or forgotten lesson are not refundable.
Lessons missed owing to cancellation by the tutor (Maria) will be made up and fees will not be lost by the student, or credited to another lesson time.
It is the parent's or the student's responsibility to text, phone or email to cancel lessons. I will offer an alternative session if requested but only if there is one available.
Please try and prioritise lessons.
BANK HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS
NO lessons on bank holidays, or weekends – please contact me to re-arrange if a regular lesson slot falls on a Bank Holiday.
REGULAR CANCELLATIONS
Where a student persistently cancels lessons for whatever reasons, or fails to turn up for lessons with no contact, I reserve the right to terminate their lessons.

ATTENDANCE
